Where is your store located? Currently Gemma Simone is only sold online. In 2013 we expect to offer Gemma Simone through select boutiques.
Is your full collection available online? We wishwe could make it so. However, we can only offer the carefully selected items at this time.
Can I replace a lost earring? We can only make and sell pairs. If the style is in stock, you may purchase another pair. Some styles are produced for one season only and will not be available at a later time.
If I lose one earring, can I return the other for repair and get a new pair? If the item is in stock, we'd be happy to send you a new pair at the full retail price plus shipping and handling.
What is your return policy? GemmaSimone.com will accept items for exchange or return, if the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 21 business days from the delivery date of your order. Exchanges will be made on the same item only and will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.
What is your damage policy? Damaged items must be reported with 72 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please email email@example.com and supply your order number in the subject line. A service representative will review your claim and work with you to resolve the damage issue. Unfortunately damage claims made after 72 hours of receipt can not be honored. Do you offer gift wrapping? Unfortunately we do not gift wrap at this time. All of our items ship in Gemma Simone decorative packaging.
